We are looking for experienced people to deliver delivering high quality teaching and learning within the framework and sector requirements.

We are looking for an experienced QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER to manage the Quality Team and the audit function, making sound business decisions for both departments. Based in Head Office, Southport.

Starting 25 days annual holidays plus Bank Hols, pension, mobile phone, laptop/ I Pad, expenses.

Main Duties:

• Design, implement, monitor and review quality procedures which underpin the quality of the overall delivery.

• Oversee a robust audit schedule in line with funding and awarding body requirements

• Take a lead role in OFSTED inspection and other quality initiatives aspiring to achieve and maintain a grade one.

• Ensure quality management information data is used to inform decision making and utilised across the company.

• Establish accreditation for further qualifications in line with business plan needs.

• Manage the IQA team to ensure sampling strategy is maintained in line with internal and external requirements (Interim and Summative)

• Ensure observations of teaching and learning take place in a timely manner

• Ensure effective processes are in place for recognising achievements and identifying and supporting underperformance in teaching, learning and assessment.

Essential skills/Experience/Qualifications:

• Similar experience within a previous role

• Knowledge of auditing and quality standards

• Sound knowledge of OFSTED

• Excellent organisational skills

• Minimum - Management qualification Level 4 or equivalent

• A1/V1 or equivalent

• CTTLs or equivalent
